Y'all are gonna love the dub and its music score when it comes out! It's been huge fun working with JP on this, and I've been stretching my music skill on this with DJ Chidow. It's been a challenge, but a fun one, nonetheless.

Glad to be a part of another short with Joel! Also shout out to DJ Chidow for helping me with the beat for this! I know y'all are gonna dig this one.
This was fun as hell to do, and I can't wait to do the rhymes and beats for part two! Props to Joel and everyone else involved in making this short f u n k y.
I love NBA Jam, so this was an immediate pick for me. I only regret not being able to contribute some music to this game haha.
The gameplay is a solid take on NBA Jam, though I suggest a rework of the controls to allow stealing without having to rely on turbo to hit your opponent. Even Jam lets you attempt steals alongside shoving your opponent. There's also some mild hitbox dissonance with hitting and blocking as well, and at least one glitch where a CPU opponent missed a shot and the ball hit the ground, but the ball somehow teleported into the net right before the end game whistle blew! Weird stuff. Also, being able to take control of your CPU partner in a single player game would also be a big boon as well.
Other than that, the game is a very solid love letter to NBA Jam and its descendants, and this could easily become an indie game on its own, since NBA Jam is dormant right now. If y'all ever do need future music, let me know! I'd love to work on a basketball game like this.
Dat Phonk, tho. Don't hear that often on NG.
Sounds like if Sonic and co. had a dating sim lol
This is too smooth for the game lol. I love me some funk and R&B, so this hits the right spot. Drums are nice and crisp, though the hi-hat might be a hair too loud. Sounds like something Yuzo Koshiro woulda whipped up for Super Adventure Island on the SNES, since he loved funk and R&B too. Let's collab sometime.
Omg that means so much!! Tysm!! A collab sounds like a lot of fun :3
I love me some Streets of Rage, and I love me some Blaze, and you nailed the style perfectly. Nice work!
Whoop that trick! Can't wait for the next chapter!
I'm always a sucker for some Static Shock. This looks CLEAN, bro. Just in time for the new comics, too.
